"I was hoping this would make…"
I was hoping this would make things easier, but it didn’t really help me much. I gave it a fair try, but I still felt like I was mostly on my own. It’s disappointing because I really wanted it to work out

"Pretty Disappointing"

"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
I was looking for some butterfly-themed stuff and found most of what I needed without too much hassle. A few things were out of stock, which made me wonder if those were the popular items they know will get people checking back later, but there was still enough to choose from. The site was simple enough to use and didn’t make the process annoying. I’d give it 5 stars if everything had been available.

"Confirmation was quick, but still kind of annoying"
I got my purchase confirmation fast, and it was easy enough to understand, so that part was fine. Still, I wish the whole process felt a little smoother. It wasn’t hard, just a bit annoying, and the annoying parts stood out more than they should have. Like, yes, the confirmation came quickly, but I still found myself feeling like it could’ve been clearer or better organized. Not terrible, just kind of frustrating in the same small ways over and over.

I was ready to deal with a whole annoying back-and-forth, because refunds are usually such a pain. But they replaced mine quickly and the refund was sorted without any drama, which was a relief

"Nice site, but support was frustrating"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, and the first reply I got was super short and didn’t really answer it. Some of the wording on the site felt a bit misleading too, which is why I contacted them in the first place. It took another message before I got anything actually useful. The website itself looks nice, but the support felt rushed and not very helpful.

"A sweet little gift for my mom"
I got this for my mom as a gift, and she really seemed to like it. I was a little unsure at first, like maybe it would be too random or not turn out well, but the Butterflies arrived totally fine and the instructions were easy to follow. it ended up being a really nice surprise. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I think she liked it more than she would’ve liked regular flowers.

I had an issue with some of my order info being wrong, and I reached out to support. I think they got back to me after two days, maybe three? I can’t remember exactly, but it wasn’t immediate. Once they did respond, they were able to sort it out and everything ended up fine. Not the fastest support experience, but it worked out in the end.

"Pretty much what I expected"
I ordered this after reading through the product details, it was close to what was described when it arrived. The timing was a little different than I thought it would be, but nothing that really bothered me. The site gave enough clear info to help me decide, and I just went with my gut on it. Glad I did.

"Checkout was quick, no hassle"
I ordered through Butterflies and the checkout was super easy. The pages loaded without any weird delays, which I always notice, and the payment went through on the first try. Also, I got the email receipt almost right away, so that was nice. Nothing felt confusing or annoying, and I really appreciate when a site just works. 5 stars from me

I got my butterflies and most of them looked healthy enough when they arrived. A few perked up and got active quickly, but others just sat there for a long time and seemed weak. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely felt mixed. I also wasn’t totally clear on who was actually responsible for issues like that — the seller, the shipper, or me once they arrived — which made it a little frustrating. I expected them to be more lively overall. I might try again, but I’m not completely sure.

I ordered butterflies and they did arrive okay, but the care instructions were unclear. I had to go searching around online just to figure out what I was supposed to do next, which was frustrating for something so delicate. I also didn’t love that there wasn’t really any human contact or someone to check in with for help. For this kind of order, I expected simple, clear steps and a bit more support.

"Such a cute addition to our garden party"
We used this for our garden party and, it worked really well. The kids were so excited, like, they kept pointing out all the butterflies and wanted to keep checking on them. It just made the whole setup feel a little more fun and special
